No, the Membership Plan is for patients without dental insurance. If you have a PPO plan, your insurance typically gives better preventive coverage. We'll check both options at the front desk to make sure you're on the right one.

The Membership Plan is non-refundable mid-year but can be canceled at renewal. We don't lock you into multi-year commitments. If you need to leave, you can take any remaining cleanings before your annual term expires.

Who is the Membership Plan for?
Patients without dental insurance, whether you're self-employed, recently switched jobs, on Medicare (which doesn't cover most dental), or just don't have a plan. It covers two cleanings, two exams, X-rays, and gives you 20% off everything else for one annual fee.
How does the Membership Plan compare to dental insurance?
For most patients without an employer plan, the Membership Plan is more straightforward and often cheaper than buying individual dental insurance. There are no waiting periods, no annual maximums, and no claim denials. Insurance is usually still the better choice if your employer covers most of the premium.
Does the plan cover orthodontics or implants?
Implant restorations get the 20% member discount but aren't included in the base plan. We don't offer orthodontics (Invisalign) at Cusp Dental, we refer to trusted specialists for that. The Membership Plan covers everything else we provide in-house.
What's the difference between Adult and Child plans?
Both include the same core benefits, cleanings, exams, X-rays, and 20% off additional services. The Child Plan ($279/year, ages 13 and younger) adds age-appropriate fluoride treatments and sealants. The Adult Plan ($349/year, ages 14+) is sized for adult cleaning timing.
