Cost is the most common reason patients delay dental care, and that costs more in the long run, both financially and clinically. We work hard to make sure cost is never the barrier between you and the treatment you need. Four paths cover almost every patient, and we'll help you find the right combination.

Our pricing principles
Transparent pricing
Written estimates before any treatment. Insurance coverage and patient responsibility itemized clearly. No surprise charges at checkout.
Flexible options
From Membership Plan to CareCredit and Cherry to HSA/FSA, we have a path for almost every budget. Tell us your situation; we'll find what works.
Accessible care
Everyone deserves quality dental care. Our entire pricing approach is built around removing barriers, not adding them.
How to get started
From your exam to a clear payment plan in four steps. Most patients complete the financing decision the same day as their consultation.
-
Review your treatment plan with us
After your exam, Dr. Sidhu walks through what's needed, what's optional, and what can wait. You leave with a written estimate broken down by procedure and insurance coverage.
-
Choose the option that fits your budget
We talk through Membership Plan, CareCredit, Cherry, HSA/FSA, or a combination. Different patients pair different tools, staged billing across treatment phases is common for larger plans.
-
Apply or enroll, same day if needed
CareCredit and Cherry applications are typically approved within minutes, and Cherry's runs a soft credit check so checking costs you nothing. Membership Plan enrollment takes 5 minutes at the front desk. We handle insurance pre-authorization on your behalf.
-
Schedule and begin treatment
Once payment is squared away, we book your treatment appointments. For multi-phase work, we map the calendar across weeks or months so you always know what's next and what it costs.
Common questions about financing
What financing options does Cusp Dental offer?
We offer several paths: CareCredit and Cherry payment plans (both with 0% APR options on qualifying plans), our in-house Membership Plan for patients without insurance, HSA/FSA, and all major credit cards. Most patients use a combination. Our team will help you choose what fits your budget.
What's included in the in-house Membership Plan?
Two professional cleanings per year, one set of routine X-rays, two comprehensive exams, discounted rates on all other services, and priority scheduling. No deductibles, no waiting periods, no annual maximums. Adult plan $349/year; child plan $279/year.
Can I use CareCredit for any dental treatment?
Yes, CareCredit covers most dental services, from preventive care to cosmetic and restorative treatments (crowns, implants, veneers, full smile design). Approval is typically same-day. Promotional 0% APR options are available on qualifying plans, depending on credit qualification.
What's the difference between CareCredit and Cherry?
Both spread treatment cost over fixed monthly payments and both offer 0% APR on qualifying plans. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card you can reuse at other providers, and applying involves a standard credit check. Cherry is a payment plan tied to a specific treatment amount at our office, and applying uses a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score. Plenty of patients apply to both and go with whichever approves the amount they need.
Does applying for Cherry affect my credit score?
No. Cherry's application runs a soft credit check, so seeing what you qualify for leaves your credit score untouched. Once a plan is active, Cherry typically begins reporting it to the credit bureaus after about 30 days, the same as any other installment account. To apply you need to be 18 or older, live in the U.S., and have a bank-issued debit or credit card and a mobile phone.
Do you accept HSA / FSA?
Yes, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts can be used for most dental services. Bring your HSA/FSA card to the visit, or we'll provide an itemized receipt for plan reimbursement. Cosmetic treatments are sometimes not HSA-eligible, we'll clarify before treatment.
How do I know what something will cost before I commit?
Every treatment plan gets a written estimate before anything is scheduled. The estimate shows the full procedure cost, your insurance coverage (if any), and the patient responsibility. We don't recommend treatment without that paperwork in your hands first.
What if my insurance doesn't cover something I need?
We tell you the full cost upfront so there are no surprises. From there, we explore the alternatives, staged treatment over multiple appointments, CareCredit or Cherry financing, Membership Plan pricing, or whether the treatment can be safely delayed. We've never billed a patient without a conversation first.
Ready to discuss what fits your budget?
Most patients are surprised at how many options exist for making care affordable. Call us, we'll talk through your situation, verify insurance, and walk you through realistic numbers in one conversation.
